WAPA review finds “use of force done in good faith” for Richland Police Officer

RICHLAND, WA – The Washington Association of Prosecuting Attorneys (WAPA) have completed their review of the deadly use of force case from February 1, 2021, of Richland Police Officer Christian Jabri and found “the use of force, in this case, was done in good faith”.

This analysis is followed by a request from the Benton County Prosecuting Attorney Andy Miller who asked for the WAPA to review case for transparency and procedural reasons.
